Common questions

How do I play with someone?

Tap Let’s play. Choose Together on one phone for an in-person group, or Online with friends or guests so everyone can use their own phone or browser. In online mode, create a game and share its invitation code, or join with a code someone gave you.

How do I make my own list?

Open My Lists and choose Create a list. Enter the category, then choose Build with AI or Start empty. Review the answers before playing and add or remove entries in your copy. Custom-list access requires an eligible entitlement. AI features need an internet connection and have usage limits.

What if an answer looks wrong?

Check the exact category and spelling, then use the review options shown in your game. When contacting support, include the answer, category, and whether you were playing online or together on one phone.

How do I restore access or manage a subscription?

Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in your device’s Settings under your Apple Account → Subscriptions. For Apple billing or refund requests, use Apple’s purchase support.

How do I update the beta or send feedback?

Open TestFlight, select Name One, and install an available update. Use Send Beta Feedback in TestFlight or email us with the version and build number. TestFlight access and an in-app tester unlock are separate.

Can I ask about privacy or request help removing my data?
